I came to town to visit my brother, but this stay was a nightmare. The lack of basic cleanliness is appalling. The carpet was filthy, and there was hair in the bed, which is completely unacceptable. It looks as if the room hasn't had a deep clean in months, with dirt accumulated in the corners and a heavily stained bathtub.
To make matters worse, the amenities are broken. The remote didn't work, and there was no cable TV as advertised. Staying here was a massive mistake. Save yourself the trouble and find a place that actually values hygiene and guest experience.

Room had multiple carpet stains one which was sticky and one of the sheets for the bedding which I didn’t use (I got a double bed room) had some stain on it and some dry liquid on the wall.
Fridge door was left opened so took time to get it cold.
Also the extra blanket wasn’t even folded. Just left on the shelf. Seems like whoever is taking care of the site is not really putting any time or thought into cleaning.
Pro shot should have stayed next door at La Quinta. For the extra 15$ I would have been glad too.
I would never have paid the amount I paid if I had known.

The gentleman at the front desk was very kind, very helpful and patient, and explained things. I am totally new to this area and really appreciate the kindness. I was catch a train and needed a little extra time to stay, before the train, and they were able to accommodate

Water kept going cold in shower. Lamp shade and wall were dirty. Bed was so uncomfortable gave me and my girlfriend a back ache. Continental breakfast had hard stale bagels
