I have stayed at this hotel many times in the last few years, for business and tourism reasons. It is extremely well maintained, clean and convenient to all Lancaster offers. The family who owns the property are wonderful and polite. five stars !

The room looked like the picture but when we arrived there were long brunette hairs on the sheets. The room didn’t feel clean and there were no water fountains or amenities.

For the money, the place was good, room was clean. Great location near, mall, downtown Lancaster and spooky nook.

The room was clean, bedspread was dirty.
No cups in the bathroom.
No coffee in the room..
TV was out of service, clock radio didn’t work.
Charged my credit card; even though I told them that I was paying cash for the room..
Made me pay 100.00 deposit before they gave me the keycard, said that it would be returned after inspection of the room at checkout!!!

This was a very basic place to stay. Room was good for one night rest from a long road trip. We stay in Lancaster-area often. For future stays, we prefer a hotel with more amenities.
