Stayed one night with family and had a good overall experience. The property was clean, though it hasn’t been recently upgraded. Breakfast buffet was decent. The location is convenient—about 15 minutes from the Gateway Arch in St. Louis and close to I-55—with free parking available. One inconvenience was the room key card repeatedly getting deactivated, requiring multiple trips to the front desk.

Staff was mixed; one staff member was seriously aggressive during a couple of incidents noted during our stay. Sounded like she needed to deal with some issues but wish she had used more discretion.

We had a great stay overall. The staff who greeted us were very friendly and welcoming. When we walked in, the hotel smelled clean and looked very well kept. Our room was clean, and the beds were nice and soft, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The pool area was also clean and well maintained.
The only downside to our stay was some rowdy guests that made things a little loud at times, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Other than that, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying again.

The room was fairly clean. Vet loud hotel, kids running all hours of the night. Breakfast was not very good. Biscuits were ice cold. Not very may selections.
