There was ants everywhere. The furniture is breaking down. The bathroom did not work properly. My friends had problems with their rooms. Everything was a problem. It is sad because we come there for work and this is unacceptable. The property is going bad.

Spacious and clean but I like to see more color in the lobby. The water ran out and I was thirsty, but it was replaced soon when I asked for it. The rooms are very big and have everything that’s needed. Interesting little coffee pot.

We were in Orange for a wedding and stayed here. Extremely clean and very well maintained. The staff was amazing especially Will. He’ll made us feel like we were at a bed and breakfast not a hotel! Highly recommended!

There was a storm in the area when we arrived which had caused some issues during check-in. We had booked the room for 5 days, however, I had to move to another room because of the computer glitch. However, the day manager did contact me about the problem since our room had apparently been double booked. He helped me out with the price and also looked in depth for my wife's heated coffee cup that she had left in the lobby. He dug through the trash to find it but to no avail. He was way beyond the call of duty. Very nice man (Michael).
Also, It appeared that there had been some kind of transaction taking place across from our room that I think may have been a little shady.
