I have been coming to Hot Springs my whole life last minute decided to bring some guys down for a weekend at the track was on the phone for two hours trying to find a spot to say finally found this place to stay was a little skeptical because I have passed it over the years and it is older place from back in the day but on arrival was checked in with a very pleasant lady. We talked about Hot Springs. She arranged a room on the bottom level because I had an older gentleman that had a knee replacement the rooms were very clean. I would stay here again.

It was a great relief to be at the RodeInn after a previous chain provided one of the worst rooms imaginable. RodeInn was comfy, clean and perfect.

The desk person was nice, breakfast was okay, room was clean. A good stay.

Enjoyed our stay. The hostess informed us of areas of interest and provided a detailed map for us to use.

Great location near the national park. Good choice of breakfast food.

The hotel itself is one of the cleanest hotels that I've ever stayed in; and I've stayed in many, but the grumpy old lady, in the front office, with the VERY heavy accent, was one of the rudest hotel staff that I've ever come across. She would raise her shoulders high, close her eyes, tilt her head back, and sigh sharply in an exasperated manner, like a 12 yr old child, everytime we asked her to repeat herself (her accent is very heavy and difficult to understand.) It was one of the most childish displays by an adult that I've ever seen; or her muttering under her breath in her own language because my husband wanted to use the bathroom in the lobby and she had to come around the counter and unlock it. Just because of her, I would not stay again. No proteins offered at breakfast. Try the little hamburger stand across the road. It's great.

The service was great. The gal at check in was friendly and very informative. We liked the location. Close to may sites, but not right in the crowd. We traveled with our dog and there was a designated walking area. It was pretty small. Since it was November, we did not use the pool.

The room floors needed to be cleaned. My socks were very dirty after walking on it. Otherwise, I give 5 stars for everything else.

Great hotel, great location, decent price and okay contential breakfast

This place was amazing! Theplave had been significantly updated and everything was clean and comfortable. The reception was great and the check in was quick. The breakfast was wonderful - there was everything to choose from. Would go back in a minute!.
