Clean refreshing pool. Clean room and comfy bed. pillows are thin, worked for me. Breakfast is skimpy, but we felt the price excused that. We ate at 'Best Cafe'- fabulous breakfast or lunch. Dinner at Diablo's, excellent mexican.

Room was large, very clean and comfortable beds. The Air conditioner was quiet. Easy access to downtown and National Park. Front desk lady super nice and helpful. Would stay here again.

Great stay. The woman at the front desk was incredibly helpful with both info on hotel amenities as well as things to do in town along with maps. It was my first time in Hot springs so that was great.
The hotel is dog friendly which was great because I am traveling with my
Pup. Keep in mind- they must be under 30lbs and you should call ahead to ensure they have a pet room available.

Avoid this place at all costs. It will not make your experience in Hot Springs a good one. There are surveillance cameras everywhere. The owners live onsite and stand at the end of the building watching you check into your room. No place for dogs to go to the bathroom as described. Rooms smell strong of chemicals. We had to leave it was so awful. Happy Hollow right downtown was amazing and no pet fees!
