When arrived at hotel was greeted with a smile and got checked in swiftly. Desk clerk was outstanding. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. 🙂.

Our stay at the Astoria Best Western was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was better than expected and staff went overboard to make our stay comfortable, even coming up to show us how to work TV remote.

Check in and checkout fast friendly and personable.

Beds were clean and fresh.

We were traveling with 2 teenage boys with both different disabilities. We arrived early and could not check in yet. Was explained to me room will not be ready til after 3pm or so maybe a little bit longer. I explained our situation and Robin said she would make sure we had a room right at 3pm. And, yes room was ready and Robin helped us get checked in and everything was great. I was completely amazed that the next boys Robin asked how the boys did. Just that she sees so many people every day but she took her time and asked about the boys which I just thought that was above and beyond. Robin if you get to see this I want to tell you thank you so much and we will definitely be staying again. We need more people like her in this world.

Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Breakfast was meh but appreciated it none the less.

Great, cozy hotel that felt safe for my family. There's a cute bench/walkway behind the hotel to watch the sunset.
