No Disappointment
I am local and had a stay cation during Memorial Day weekend. The staff was pleasant, the motel was clean. It checked ✔️ all the boxes off for me. Free parking, dog friendly, no charge for.floating in the lazy river for interludes. The room was pretty clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, the pillows were tiny, but they worked. I'm thinking of booking again soon! DJs playing music on the pool deck I was very happy, plus I was on the first floor which I prefer. See you soon Beachside.

Was very accommodating to our earlier arrival. We were able to use the pool and store our luggage until a room was ready. This allowed us to really enjoy every moment of this property.

We were very pleased with this small resort. Everyone was so friendly. They had so many fun outdoor events (live music, pool bar, lawn games, outdoor movies and of course a beautiful pool). We loved feeling like we were in the Caribbean at this adorable little spot. Definitely would come back. Bathroom in our room could have used an updated but definitely not a disappointment as it’s a beach hotel. Very clean!

We were staying one night before Cruise and with Grandson in town, he saw the sandpit and pool, Funtime begins. Food and drinks were very good and then breakfast buffet was excellent. Only thing that left sour taste was the food credit via Expedia wasn’t explained by website or Staff, well not correctly. I was told to just charge to room and credit would be automatic. Checked out with zero balance and headed to Cruise Ship, all good until around noon when I was notified of charge from Resort and upon calling was asked if I presented food credit voucher, WHAT VOUCHER nobody mentioned that part. Still waiting for REFUND from Resort as Expedia said they had nothing to do with it !!!!!

The property is one block from the ocean, so there is considerable wear, tear, and rusted surfaces. It could use some replacing of furnishings and paint that ocean air has weathered. The staff members were fantastic, the hot breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, French toast, and good coffee. The pool and lazy river were well maintained and they had a huge movie screen and speakers for kid movies, which occurred regularly. It is a wonderful place for families, and they welcomed my service dog everywhere. Overall, it was a good place to experience Cocoa Beach.

The hotel was not what we expected. It felt like a motel, just very very very basic. It had 2 beds and a tv. The location was good and there were lots of food places across the street but that was the only plus. The staff were very nice though.

This place is a blast, we stay here every time we go on a cruise. The resort is nice, rooms are large, pool is fun, the bar/dining is good and reasonable.
When you book make sure you chose the reservation that gives you the food voucher.
We will be back!
