Our Stay at Comfort Inn Downtown.
We stayed overnight because I had to have an early morning procedure done at Erlanger Baroness Hospital. The Comfort Inn was a great place to stay. It was very quiet even though it is located downtown. The check in was quick. I skinned my elbow on the car door on the way in and was given a bandaid by the clerk. Our stay was just a very nice experience. We will definitely stay again.

Moved from one room due to the Tv not working to another room that smelled like mold and the carpet was soaked. We had to lay towels down to walk. We didn’t ask to change again because it was so late and the children were ready for bed. Very nice staff, just not the greatest situation.

We checked in rather late as we had a long drive. The gentleman who checked us in was pleasant, Informative and helpful. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was substantial and set up very early. The young lady setting up the breakfast was lovely and very friendly. She was as welcoming as the clerk the night before and made sure we had everything we wanted available for breakfast.

Both desk clerks I dealt with were lacking in the ability to smile and seem happy to be there. Very deadpan looks and voice. I got the impression they were not happy to see us. Nor were they pleased when I came to the desk later to ask a simple question. The cleaning staff were pleasant to talk to. Bathroom needed caulking at floor level around the tub and towards the door. The handle on the microwave was broken. The desk clerk acted like I was a bother to him when I told him about it shortly after checking in.

Clean and comfortable. Assigned room had a broken toilet seat ( crazy!) and staff quickly changed our room. Convenient for our trip to go to lookout mountain and had free parking unlike other downtown hotels

Bed was very comfy. Room was nice and spacious. Curtains pole was broken, making it difficult to move the curtains. Bathroom had mold on the caulking in the shower.

Breakfast was only waffles. Property does not have hot tub as advertised. Will not be booking again, highly disappointed.

A pesar de que nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación por que el aire no enfriaba en la noche la señora de la recepción (una puertoriqueña) no recuerdo su nombre, ella fue muy amable y enseguida nos ayudó dándonos una habitación donde si funcionaba el AC. El lugar súper tranquilo y todo el staff super agradable.

Great location if you are wanting to go to Ruby Falls, Lookout Mtn, Incline Train, or Rock City. The room was clean and had useful amenities. We did not use the pool.
Downside is that it is right by the interstate and you can hear the highway noise. The parking lot is a bit small, as well.
Overall, a good place to stay.
