Reserved this hotel in error.
We are in Florida for a wedding. Unfortunately, we reserved the West Palm location instead of the Palm Beach Gardens location which was the correct wedding location. We realized our mistake an hour or so after check in and moved to the Gardens sister hotel. While I understand that the reservation was prepaid and non refundable, I’m disappointed that no courtesy cost adjustment was offered, particularly in considering we rebooked in a sister hotel. I have been assured that the Manager has been informed of my disappointment and I await a response.

Great Hotel! quiet & clean. Breakfast was ok lol it wasn’t 5 star but it suffice, Room was bigger than expected and absolutely spotless! We will be back if we’re in the area!
