This is an incredible place to stay. The moment you walk in the lobby you feel a warm welcome. Everyone was so helpful during our stay. The breakfast is great every morning. The ladies in the kitchen are so kind. Sergio, Jude and Hector feel like old friends. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable during the entire stay. We are staying at another Best Western in Miami tomorrow night and then back to the islands, our home.

Location was perfect for walking to ballpark and Old Town Scottsdale. Staff was so helpful and pleasant. Lovely breakfast offerings.
