Better than average sized room.

While the staff was extremely nice and helpful, the overall experience was not very good. First, our entire purpose to come to the movie manor was to watch a movie from the comfort of our own room with our pet. We had requested a pet friendly room in the past and was able to watch from our room. However, when we checked in we were given a room in the annex which had no access to the movie from our room. very disappointing. The annex room that we got smelled horrible and obviously had not had the carpets shampooed in quite a while. isn't that why we pay a $20 fee so that because of pets, proper maintenance and upkeep can be done with the pet deposit? Additionally, the room's television did not work and the maintenance staff was very nice and friendly and quick to repair the television. After requesting a new room because of the smell, the office staff was very accommodating and gave us a room that we were able to see the movie in. Why didn't we get that room in the first place when we originally checked in? Time to do some updating and upkeep to the rooms and grounds also. .I realize that the manor is old, but ownership needs to put in some time and money to bring the manor up to a standard that is at least average. ..sorry, very disappointed. We didn't expect the Ritz, but some work and updating needs to be done.

The room was very clean awesome staff and a movie from the room pretty awesome really would stay here again any time.

Great location! The room was clean and we had everything we needed.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was responsive and courteous. Breakfast was good. Our only complaint is the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable.
