Price Wrong.
Pet fee $50, booking site says $25. Too late to change hotel.
Someone smoking Marijuana outside our room at two am.
No greeted us, person at front desk rude and the Marijuana topped it off.
Great hotel and hot breakfast!

The room was great. Bed was comfy and clean. Bathroom was hard to use with a walker for my handicap mother but we made it work.

This was for a special birthday night. Paid extra for a jet tub/suite. Ended up with zero hot water and no tv connection. Also paid for a sitter for a special night away. Promised hot water at 7 in the morning. It never happened. And tv were all apps that all had difficulty. (Have pictures for proof). Left 2 emails for GM and never heard back. Very poor follow up or communication for any type of resolution or compensation. We travel often and thought we would try a different hotel chain. Def dropped the ball on this special occasion for us.
