The environment was very nice, pleasant surroundings.
The service was great, the breakfast area clean and the food and coffee was excellent! Ms. Dorothy does a fantastic job, she’s very nice and friendly to the guests.

Not truthful in the advertising.
Requested a carpeted room downstairs as Travel with my dog. Reserved a room, paid for the room only to arrive and find out the room has hardwood floors not carpet. Was told it was the last room available as the hotel was booked due to a conference being held there. Only four cars in the entire parking lot. Still waiting on my card to be refunded.

The owner did a great job with remodeling the entire hotel!
The new owners have cleaned up the place, remodeled and offer great customer service. When I'm back in Cairo I will stay here again.

Staff was nice. Pool was closed due to season. Only issue was forgot my replacement towels. And $30 per night for a pet is a little much as my dog caused no issues.

Old and out of date. A/C unit was loud and rattled all night. Shower was old and hot/cold option was opposite of what it showed. TheTV constantly was buffering. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Staff was friendly.

This hotel definitely does not care about the betterment of their guests!
I booked this hotel the day of our reservation and during our travels, an emergency happened with one of our cars and we had to take it into the shop, delaying our arrival time. By the time we got back on the road, we were so tired and didn’t feel comfortable staying on the road driving a big moving truck so we called the hotel to try and have them move the reservation to a closer Best Western. Still the same company and everything! I booked through Hotels.com and I called/they called but the hotel manager at this Best Western Executive Inn wouldn’t do ANYTHING. They weren’t even fully booked! He could’ve given us the refund or done a reservation transfer but wouldn’t. We wont be staying at a Best Western EVER AGAIN. Which is sad because the stay at the other Best Western was very nice. But I can’t support a company that doesn’t honor a transfer, even when you stay at another Best Western. Awful and inconsiderate customer service! Definitely not for the betterment of the guests.
