No help from management in urgent situation

Maid service is now an option that you must request at checkin!! Nothing was said to that effect and when I discovered that I went to the front desk to request maid service it still did not arrive until the third day of our stay! Breakfast was included in our stay but there was a problem that was to be repaired by the following day. No such luck but a brown paper bag was provided with a small apple and a granola bar for the next two days. How about a credit at McDonalds? Front desk personel were obviously brow beaten and hardly communicative per instruction. Not the swiftest but the smart ones would leave Place is falling down in value, care , service and maintenance. After over twenty years of staying here I'll not return

Older motel. But it was nice and clean.

The room was very clean and quiet. We cannot respond to the breakfast as there was a town water main break which closed the restaurant so all they had out was coffee and fruit and water bottles which was gone when we went down. We felt they could have gone and gotten some pastries or donuts or something to put out. Otherwise Kathy at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Beavuse of her and the clean quiet room we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Fine for a few nights while at the park

Breakfast was good

Better than expected. Beautiful property. Room was very clean. Dog friendly option was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were great. The fridge worked well to keep out food fresh. Easy to walk to dog.

Room was nice and roomy. Very quiet . Shower needed repairs like cauk and shower head. Breakfast was nice and lady in breakfast area was very nice. Restaurant connected was good . Burgers were huge and good price. Hot tub was outside. To cool to walk distance outside to get back to your room . Rooms were outside entry with your car in front of your room was nice for luggage.

This was the largest room we have ever stayed in. It was clean, and had a small kitchen. It was a great location, just an hour from Death Valley. We highly recommend!
