Front desk clerk was very friendly however the room was filthy and run down with broken furniture. My son and I didn't even set our bags down. We just walked out and told them to cancel our reservation. She was kind enough to call the manager who agreed to a refund since we weren't even there 5 minutes, but I never got a refund because Expedia said they couldn't reach the manager.... not sure who's fault that is but really disappointing.

Yeah, the parking situation. It was fine. It’s just that the rooms need to be updated. Everything looks too old. But I was only there for four hours. No big deal. The praise was OK

The toilet didn’t flush with the handle you had to reach in and pull this chain. Also, there was no breakfast days. I was there. They were cockroaches inside and outside the room.
