For an older facility the hotel was updated and very clean. Well organized with friendly staff.

Great Staff

This our third time here and we will keep coming back.

Staff has been great, room excellent. Only problem we had was people were parking here and walking over to the Clariont leaving no one staying here a place to park. However, after letting the staff know they did jump right on it and started working on solutions.

This hotel is dated. While the room itself has been cosmetically updated (floors, bathrooms are nice) and the hotel offers some of the rooms with balconies which is a very nice perk, the room I stayed in was hotter than Hades and probably needs the HVAC to be updated. I had to run out to Wal-Mart to purchase a fan in order to survive my stay because I did not want to give up my corner balcony because I know the solution I would have been offered was to change rooms which I did not want to do. Front desk staff was variable. Some were helpful in storing my luggage until my room was ready, but there was one young lady who was not helpful at all and told me that my room had a pool view - when I got to my room, I had a parking lot view instead! I had a poor experience in the restaurant, the one time I decided to have dinner at the hotel on a Sunday evening, the bartender was apparently the only floor staff they had, so one staff person from the golf course felt bad and said she wouldn't leave her alone and was helping her out along with another man from another department. Service was extremely slow, not something you'd expect from a "resort" that charges you a $20 resort fee per night for...nothing? For staying there, I guess. We didn't get anything extra that's for sure, except for inconveniences. Oh, and don't try and be healthy and order the broccolini...I think it was either $6 or $8 for the laughably small portion.

Staff could use some friendlier people. Ice machines weren't working on multiple floors.

The property was wonderful. Just wish the weather would’ve been nicer to enjoy the outdoor pool.
