The room was not for me soon as we opened the door you get slapped with cigarette smell it was crazy basically a waste of money went in and walked out just no way I could sleep there. There’s poop on the stairwell the place was just not what I expected

Room smelled awful, bedding stained, walls dirty, hole in door, dead cockroaches, loud talking in walkways late into the night, blinds on window don’t sit tight to window so there is a gap where anyone standing outside the room could just look into your room. The ccheck in staff was solid they did a good job in a tough situation.

Worst stay ever in a hotel. There were multiple cockroaches.. including one that woke me up because it was crawling on me! Because of the hurricane evacuations I had no other choice but to endure and stay here & my booking was “non-refundable” What a huge disappointment! … it was so bad that one of the nights I just drove 2 hours away to stay at my mom’s house. The fridge ruin my food because of water leaking and soaked everything. People were just hanging outside/in the stairwells smoking weed. Didn’t feel safe as a single lady getting off work late.
