Pet Friendly Lodging Reviews

This motel is an extended stay with permanent residence, basically a bad apartment. No clean bedding, one towel, dirty bathroom. Tennant's smoking pot, beer cans everywhere. Left premises without staying there. Hotel won't refund money. Don't believe good reviews from this hotel.

Our room was horribly disgusting the floor looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months, grime and dirt all over the room.we cleaned the floor ourselves and they still felt disgusting. The walls had stains. The bathroom was horrible I didn’t even dare to use it until I cleaned it. The kitchen was dirty as well didn’t look like it wasn’t cleaned either

The property could have been maintained better. The room was fine. However the bathroom only had two bath towels in it. When we asked for some wash clothes/hand towels, we were told there was none, and no one to do the wash.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful. She even paused her conversation with her friend a couple times to communicate with me. Everything went downhill from there. Hundreds, if not thousands of cigarette butts everywhere on sidewalks. Two people sitting on stairs, smoking as we walked past. Room had potential. Everything seemed to work. There were dirt hand and feet prints on both sets of bed linens. The inside of bathroom door was badly water damaged and painted over. Mold in most corners of the bathroom. Needless to say, we forfeited our money and found a different hotel. We should have trusted all the bad reviews online. I typically don’t give much thought to negative reviews and like to give a place a chance. Not only was it disgusting, I truly did not feel safe staying there with my family. Unfortunately we concerned with finding another hotel and didn’t think about taking pictures.

We had to leave. Filthy grounds, sticky floor, no towels, barking dogs. Nothing like the picture.

Front desk staff member on Friday April 17 was very mean, calling saying that they are overbooked by 20 rooms, that they close at 10:00 and if we don’t get there before it then they will cancel the reservation, rooms are first come first serve. The good part was she said I won’t get charged to cancel as they were overbooked so I ask her to cancel which she never did it but also I never got charged as she told me at the beginning. Looking on google reviews, cleanliness is very bad and issues about overbooking was common with other customers.

I recommend they can fixed everything because the place is small bags and they smoke and not clean.

Filthy, disgusting, dirty, roach infested!!! Had to leave the property because of disgust

The place was dirty, there was no toilet paper, the bed sheets were extremely old, the beds did not have a proper mattress, and the AC unit was literally next to your head, so you couldn't sleep with the noise. Overall, the building is old but had a cheap coat of new paint.

Our room had mold on the air conditioner and walls, as well as in the bathroom. A roach was crawling on the bed sheets and we saw at least 3 more on the floor and walls. The floors were stained and the door looked kicked in from the bottom. In the rooms there is no soap or towels, and after 10 pm the office is closed and there is no one to call. You can hear people in adjacent rooms yelling and playing loud music.
