Saw roaches in the room.

Upon check in which they was not ready for for anyone, we was waiting in the dining area for our room to be ready. Dining area was not clean and decided to look around a bit. Looked in a cupboard where they keep napkins and supplies and discovered 2 cockroaches. At that time I took my keys back to the desk and told them I was not staying. They in return did not refund me for the room. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing we are with this establishment and expedia on this matter. Will never use them again especially since this place had a higher rating. Can not trust either
