Room was nice and clean as well as the pool area.

When we checked in we were given a different room than what we booked. We went to the front desk to tell them of their mistake and they were blaming us for the mistake that they had made giving our room to a different Richard 4hrs before our arrival. They blamed us for using a third party to book the hotel room. We have been using hotels.com since 2016 booking all our vacation stays. Never had a problem. We had 5 adults staying the night of July 4th checking in after an 11hr drive. They offer 3 options. Take it or leave it type attitude. All 3 options were worse than what we originally booked for. The manager was very demeaning to us. Telling us there is no difference in his eye between a queen bed and a double bed. Told us to contact you tell you of our unhappiness and drive around Bismarck, ND on July 4 @ 10:00p.m. looking for another room because I was not happy with his accomodations he was recommending. I was so confused how we were getting blamed for their mistake. Our hotel room toilet was dirty with what I would assume would be blood or iodine? I had a house keeper walk into my room at 9:00a.m. seeing me in my bra and underwear. Check out was not until 11:00a.m. They went into my daughter's room across the hall 3 times. Once at 8:00a.m., 9:00a.m. then I confronted the front desk letting them know room #226 and #229 would not be checked out till 11:00a.m. at 9:30a.m. a third house keeper attempted to enter my daughter's room. Complete nightmare in Bismarck, ND.

Did not get the room that we paid for and no explanation why

I liked the hospitality of the employees. Very easy to check in. Pool is always fun. Great pool for kids. Rooms are old but overall its a good place to chill and bring kids

The place is in need of some upgrades and renovations. We stayed in a real nice Comfort Inn in Rapid City, SD, so on the way home I looked for another Comfort Inn. This one was older and not as clean. I let the front desk person know that the pool deck needed assistance to clean up some poop from a kid, but it didn’t get taken care of.

During our stay, the room was great! But when my child used the pool there were children unsupervised and made the waterslide dangerous.

Great pool area for kids but the rest leaves something to be desired. The front desk staff could not be found ANYWHERE even with calling - no answer.
