This hotel rates a 7 on a 10 scale. There was one visible staff member at any particular time, the front desk person. The carpeting in room 312 was badly stained. The bathroom was very clean and the shower very good. The bedding was threaded bare and needed replacement. Both sources of coffee ran out in the first 45 minutes of breakfast and were not refilled. The eggs are not real. The bacon was not real. The price was quite reasonable. Parking was free and readily available. The front desk personnel were fairly polite, but not friendly.

We would have booked elsewhere if we knew. My granddaughter was disappointed after the promises of a swim. My daughter had to go to the front desk for bedding for the pull-out bed. Stains on the carpet and sofa.

The two ladies at the front desk were very helpful for anything we needed didn’t like the location of the room far from elevators we are 68 years old but we did enjoy our stay

Generous, clean rooms. Breakfast with powdered eggs might improve. Pool was out of service, having been so for many weeks we learned; this should be communicated on the website.
