Terrible experience. After a long trip I cannot checkin because they told me cannot find my reservation. I waste 2 hours till hotels.com find me another place. I'm pretty sure they sell the room to other walk in customer.

I called the hotel prior to booking to make sure the pool was open and to ask about the pet policy. I was told pets were accepted and there was no charge, and that the pool was open. The manager at the hotel accused me of trying to sneak my pets in. The pool was closed because DHEC supposedly didn't pass it. And there's more! This room had cockroaches and was filthy!! Hotels.com would not resolve the issue and said we had to deal directly with the hotel management. The hotel manager said they would move us to another room, but the second room was just as filthy! We were told they have a strict cancellation policy and there would be no refunds. Unacceptable!!
