When i asked the pool hours i was told at front desk most people dont use the pool bc its too cold. Later another employee also stated that i was brave to use the pool so i asked if heater was broken or didnt exist and i was told that it was never heated. I purposefully select hotels with pools and pay extra as i need the leg exercise when i travel. Its like they keep an unusable pool so they can charge more.
Additionally the hotel did not feel safe as there were many people hanging out in and around the hotel that were not staying there. There were also propped opened doors.

Found some bed bugs when we arrived but it was too late to change the hotel so we took the risk. One of us now have nasty bed bug bites. Stay away from this place.

Room keys had issues but over all stay was Adequate.
Only think I would suggest that they be more aware of what is available for food and open.
