Overall good experience.
The only issue was the lack of hot water for the showers. It stayed around room temperature the whole time. Other than that, staff was friendly and the beds were nice.

There were used, wadded up wash rags and a hand towel under the bathroom sink. There was one elevator car that had a line waiting because it was too slow. There were no luggage racks available. The two chairs in the room were so filthy we would not sit on them.
