No issues with booking or anything, desk staff was pleasant the property is older and kinda tired looking. Room was clean but lamp was missing it's shad, wall mirror was sitting on the floor open electrical box, broken toilet paper and towel rack. Did have good water pressure and hot water A/C was adequate at best, least comfortable desk chair on the planet. Laminate (not carpet) floor probably way easier to clean but I've never encountered a non carpeted hotel room before. I have stayed in various properties in Carlisle and all have been similar once great but now all suffer from lack of upkeep. This Super 8 was better than the Quality Inn and the Days in I have stayed at the last couple years.

First off, my needs are simple. I merely need clean sheets, a clean floor and a clean bathroom to make me happy. The sheets were clean, the floor was somewhat sticky, and the bathroom was clean. I will also say that the staff members were pleasant. My complaint is that when I turned on the light in the morning, several small cockroaches went scurrying toward a deadbolted door. I know it's not an isolated incident, because two other rooms mentioned having roaches as well. As for disappointments, the bathroom floor was rather sticky. There was no lampshade on the floor lamp. The electrical outlet for the mini fridge was completely detached from the wall. Also, there was hole punched in the bathroom door. The night I was there, I had the pleasure of listening to someone shouting at the top of his lungs in the parking lot. Happening at roughly 2-2:45am, I wasn't able to fall back asleep. It's more than obvious that the hotel isn't performing an acceptable amount of maintenance.

Floor and walls were dirty. The room had a lot of bugs.

Really should be classified as an hourly hotel. Check in was through a window. Check is not allowed in the lobby after 11p. Lights in the bathroom did not work. Everything was smelly.

Door had a one inch gap under it, bathroom door had holes punched in it, the microwave was unplugged so when we plugged it in to use it the turntable turned all by itself without turning it on but the pad to turn it off didn't work. They had a lot of people permanently living in the other rooms but they weren't noisy. It looked like they were trying to get the pool opened but they exterior needed a lot of cleanup done to it. Overall the room looked clean except for the upholstered chair which look disgusting so we didn't use that.

This hotel was perfectly acceptable. It is an older hotel that has been updated. The room was fine. The breakfast in the morning was fine. There was a pool that I didn't use but it looked fine. Conveniently located across from the Middlesex Diner. This is a low cost hotel option. I wasn't expecting more than a clean and safe place to stay, which this hotel was.
