We found the location to be good, the rooms to be clean and the staff to be very helpful. It is within walking distance of restaurants and stores.

Don't let the color on the outside deter you. The inside is completely remodeled and very nice. The breakfast was not much in their offering, but if you don't like a big breakfast it's perfect for you.

Overall cosmetic redo as in carpeting and paint was fresh.
Only minor complaint was start - up noise when HVAC unit turned on, but noise was only about 2 seconds. Unit functioned perfectly otherwise and room temp was comfortable throughout our 2 night stay.

While the room was clean and updated, the whole feel of the hotel was a bit sketchy.
Tucked back off the road in a parking lot, between a car wash and a strip mall, and in back of a Taco Bell.
People sitting smoking outside. Eerie feel to the place.
No elevators.
They offered me a handicapped room right next to the stairs and check in desk. Uh, no.
Finally got one a few doors down.
Guy at desk was nice enough, but had a very hard time getting my email and room right.
Doors were very thin...could easily hear talking in the hall.
Fine for a night, but probably wouldn't use it again.
