Disappointed Pet Owner
For the amount they charge for daily pet fees, we were extremely disappointed with the lack of pet amenities. We have stayed at many hotels that allow dogs, and many have a treat bag, dog bowls, and sometimes even beds supplied in the room. Upon check-in we needed to remind the front desk agent that we were traveling with a small dog, and were given an “accessible’ room without requesting or reserving this type of accommodation. We were happy with the location of the room, the bed comfort, the spaciousness, view, and convenience of parking lot and pathways for walks. We had a nice dinner and good service at the Red Marlin (Hotel restaurant) as we celebrated Mother’s Day, and 2 family members birthdays. Overall it was a lovely overnight staycation with family.
