I have stayed at a lot of Homewood Suites and this one in Joplin is by far the nicest one I’ve ever stayed at. Not only is it clean and well decorated but the staff is amazing! Thanks Brian

The environment is quiet, the staff are very friendly, though it is just three star hotel, but the service is absolutely better than most of 5 star hotels, I took the airplane from NYC through Chicago to Juplin, united airline did not send my luggage with my same flight, and the hotel manager tried to lend me a car seat personally, it is unbelievable kind service, at all, you could trust them, I feel really warm in such winter windy days!
