My room was clean, the customer service was excellent! Plus it close to the freeway!

We booked a ‘suite’ and there was nothing suite about it. There were 3 beds in 2 open rooms with 1 gross rolling chair. No where else to sit even though images online showed sitting chairs. Walls were covered in filth and mold. The door leading into the room looks like a prison entrance door which is showed nowhere online. By the images online it looks like you’re in a hotel but it’s actually outside prison door rooms. There were bugs smashed in the door frames and bugs in the bathroom. The door frames were dirty with dirt. I was told that room was just repainted but there is zero possibility that could be true. There was random pieces of tape on the top of the window which just shows no one probably actually looks to make sure the rooms are being cleaned. I will never stay here again and will make sure no one I know goes there.

Clean, roomy, convenient location and some of the nicest staff I e dealt with in a while. I couldn’t ask for anything more, really.

No real Gym. That was disappointing since I really booked it because of the gym.

Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and parking is safe.
