No Ice, support at the front desk, ice machine Didn’t work and No latch lock above the door….AND NO ONE in the office to check out at 6:15am! I HAVE NEVER HAD a WORSE OVERNIGHT EXPERIENCE!,,.

The staff was courteous and reasonable. The room was clean with sufficient toweling. Minimum room amenities: one small wrapped soap and package of tissue instead of 3 soaps and boxes of tissue in the room. Heat was adjustable and adequately responsive to change. No loud noises from the area.

sorry to say the room was dirty. sheets had hairs and had not been replaced. bathroom paper on floor. furniture dusty. cockroaches. We were so tired from traveling 12 hours and so late at night that we just put our coats on top of the sheets to sleep til we could try to get a refund in the morning. unfortunately no refund from the hotel or expedia.
