the list of issues is extensive: 'dresser' had no pulls on drawers. The smoke detector was in two pieces - the base was still on the wall, but the top where the batteries go was on the dresser. The toilet paper holder was rusty with no bar, so the paper was on shelf with towels. Every towel had noticeable stains. No tissues. No hair dryer. The construction looked like it was done by toddlers. There are people living here and they leave lawn chairs in front of the rooms along with empty liquor bottles, The AC worked but was extremely loud. The bed was comfortable, but it was covered with a thick bedspread that was just creepy. I have stayed in more than a few of these dog friendly hotels run by Indians and they all are the same. You may as well BE in India, Given the quality and 'amenities' the price was too high.

Stay july 9 - 23. This property has mildew smell in 2 rooms we were shown. The 2nd room mild, had to spray air freshener every morning and every time we came back in.upon leaving and taking pictures of discussed stay there was MOLD (under sink), more MOLD/MILDEW (behind toilet). If not for it being a week after 4th of july and summer, i tried to find other hotels to no avail. So my stay at Rodeway Inn was SICKEN at well as FRUSTRATED. thT is my review.

Best place to spend the night, staff and price of the room was the best part of my booking

Hola este hotel te saca el dinero por delante. Nada que confiar me enferme no pude estar aya el día dela reserva llame 5 veces y la persona encarga cuando le pedí que me cancelara la reserva de inmediato colgó todas las veces que les hablé . No hable . Una prima que habla inglés los llamo y colgaban . Mala atención que falta de respeto que los llame y colgaban todas las veces para quedarse con mi dinero que no fue poco . Y que triste que no entiendan . La empresa hoteles .com también son de cuidado por qué no responden por los beneficios de sus clientes jamás vuelvo a reservar con ellos tampoco los recomiendo. Nada que ver pedí una reserva para otro día mientras me mejoraba de salud y tampoco.haci que gente no confíen en esta empresa

I stayed there last month and slept like a baby, everything was great. This time I didn't have the same experience. Hardly slept as the AC hardly worked. Even though it was set at 70 it never made it under 75. The towels were also stained, terrible job in the room, and when asked non-smoking or smoking room. I shared I don't smoke, and would like a non smoke room. As I opened the door, I turned around as the smell of smoke was that strong in which he apologized and shared he missed hear me, and moved me to a non-smoke room which had a slight musky smell. Completely different experiences between my first and last stay at the hotel.

When we got to the hotel we were told we had to leave a cash deposit that was never mentioned when booking the room. When we got to the room the bed top blanket had cigarette burns all over it, the sheets had yellow stains, and the bathroom towels had stains on them. The bed was rock hard. The furniture was all falling apart. There was a chemical like smell and the a/c was not keeping the room cool. The shower head was rusted and there was barely and water pressure. If we hadn't gotten into town about midnight we would of looked to find somewhere else to stay.

Where do I even start? I’ve stayed in motels and 2-star hotels before, but I’ve never experienced anything this bad. The room was infested with cockroaches and bugs — I even found bugs on the bed sheets. On the first day, I had to go to Walmart just to buy bug spray. The room was extremely outdated, dirty, and covered with stains and damage on the walls and furniture. It was the first time in my life that I avoided going back to my room because it felt so disgusting. To make matters worse, on my last morning the key cards stopped working. When I went to the front desk for help, the staff member was rude, complained to me, and threw the key card back at me. I felt completely disrespected. Overall, this was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place

Genuinely the worst hotel I have ever been to. Moldy, roaches, tried to tell me I l wasn’t getting a room with king bed when that’s what I payed for. Very scary room.
