We had a great time !

My wife and I ended up staying for a week and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and bright and spacious. The staff was very accommodating and they also allow pets for a small fee. Also it is located in the Central Lakes Region area so you can enjoy a wide range of activities for all seasons.

If you need a cheap roof over your head this is your place. The free "breakfast" is a banana and toast. You cannot get staff early or late. That can be a pain. Shower water preassure is literally a trickle. Its old, the rear entrance reeks. Its run down but you get what you pay for. Our room was good. Went during bike week and this was far beyond the cheapest room. So for that it served a purpose. We paid 161.....tried to rebook again they wanted 240. Would stay elsewhere for that price.

The motel is ok if all you want is a clean bed to sleep in. While the motel is old, it is relatively well kept up. The continental breakfast was a disappointment-three cereals, some plain bagels, some bananas and tangerines, some really mediocre croissant sandwiches, some tiny yogurts,a toaster, a coffee machine that dispenses a tiny cup of either coffee or decaf both of which were lousy, and a small microwave.The room however was clean, as was the bed. There was a 32" tv with around 50 channels, and a small refrigerator/freezer. The door on the fridge however wouldn't stay closed unless I put it against the wall. The bathroom was tiny, the door barely clearing the toilet and had to be closed to stand in front of the tub/shower.The water pressure was bad, the sink faucet on full spewed a weak stream of water and the shower was just as bad. The location is right beside a busy road so road noise was an issue, but the upper units at the rear weren't so bad. There are lots of places to eat and drink within a few minutes drive, plenty of inexpensive gas stations and a Walmart a few minutes drive away. To sum up-a clean room with a clean bed...at the lowest rate for miles in every direction, but not much else.

There is plenty of parking, The hallways are very dated and smell like a damp basement mixed with cigarette smoke. They say rooms are non smoking but the whole place smells and there are cigarette butts all over the place outside of the room and there are no trash barrels. The rooms are ok, beds are comfy but the bathrooms are very outdated and tubs need attention. The bathroom light we had was very small by the mirror and the shower was very dark. We stayed on on the top floor and the deck on the outside was covered with cigarette buts and it some boards need to be replaced before someone falls through.

The room smelt like cigarettes. The tub didn’t drain. There was a black ring on the floor around the toilet. Ceiling fan was broke. Ants in the room. Walls were separating. Bathroom door didn’t shut. Floor was not cleaned. Ac blew out a bunch of dust when we turned it on.

Inside hall and room had a terrible odor. The breakfast was frozen sandwich.

It was super sketchy looking when we pulled up. Checked in and the lobby smelled, parked car around back and it was a bit scary. Walked into room that didnt feel safe, place smelled. The bathtub was old blue and dirty. The beds had large pivots in them, I was scared to use blacklist on bedding. My daughter didnt want to spend night as it was disgusting and she didn't feel safe. We didn't go back, drive home 3 hours instead. They would not refund me any money, not even a call back. $175 for one night that we didn't even sleep there. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
