Great but for the elevator.
Please do something about the elevator on the front desk side of the hotel. I lost count of how many times we were stuck while the door just slid open and closed and the alarm went off for no reason, etc.

We love the DoubleTree! We feel special and everyone is so nice and accommodating. The service is excellent.

Good hotel near Town Center.
We needed a room so we could attend a nearby wedding. Location is convenient to the Town Center. Shout out to Amber at the front desk. She was helpful and very nice.

We have had an excellent stay in every aspect. Such pleasant and friendly service. Our two meals were also terrific. Craig was a very attentive waiter, Amber greeted us as did a very friendly man who does the shuttles. We will stay here again!

This stay was amazing!!! I had such a bad experience prior to switching my hotel reservations to this hotel. ALL I mean ALL staff went above and beyond for my daughter for her birthday. Including balloons and a cake for her after a rough day! I felt so safe, comforted and wanted. I will stay here everytime I come to Annapolis from now on

The staff was amazing and lived up to the DoubleTree reputation. Now to the part that I can’t get over. The facility is an older hotel that had a horrible renovation. Even with that upgrade it’s still outdated. The elevator is slow and its doors are creepy. I took the stairs after that but worrying about if you will get stuck in an elevator is not very accessible. If I didn’t have to travel here for work I wouldn’t choose this hotel. I had wipe down my room—especially the desk and bathroom door knob and light switches. It was like last guest had kids with candy ridden fingers and touched everything. The desk staff and the warm cookies made up for it all.
