Starting with the reservation. I was not told we needed to call for the shuttle when we landed at the airport. We were there almost an hour watching others get picked up. Finally after finding your # was told we needed a reservation. Lucky for us the holiday Inn one brought us at that poor we were told there was a problem with yours.
While there rooms were being renovated so elevators were tied up with mattresses being taken out. Poor timing.
Only got up once for breakfast as not that great.

The first night , I was awake all night with the smell of weed !! I had a terrible headache because of it. We were there for grandparents day. We drove 9 hours to be there!! Very upsetting

I didn’t like the breakfast
The lady that called the room about the pet fee was rude I told them I had dogs not my faultThey didn’t add it until after I checked in. Overall, I think it’s a nice place to stay at a good price.
