Hotel Stay
The rooms were clean but need updating. Bathroom door sticks and closet doors need replacing. I prepaid for the room but also had additional fees added to my bill for incidentals, such as resort fees and $30 for parking even though we did self parking. Recommend any future guests check their bill.
Overall good value.

Speechless
missing light bulb, broken door lock, cockroach seen coming out of the bathroom. Door has a gap to the outside, anything can come in. Toilet is not fully attached to the ground. When getting up or standing! it makes a loud noise. According to my reservation, I purchased free brakfest for the four nights! but they didn't allow me and said I have to pay. According to the front desk, as of June 28, anyone who has free breakfast included! is automatically cancelled. Never going back, Run!

From the time we arrived and had breakfast, till when we checked out two days later, everything was excellent. Food, room, conference room and hotel staff. Highly recommended.
Great Accommodations
This property offered more than we expected. We had three rooms for two nights. The rooms were clean and spacious with amenities like free bottled water each day and bathroom amenities that were a welcome surprise at the reasonable rates. Great choices for dining and pizza delivery right from the hotel. The kids had a blast with all of the games and activities learned how to play fuzzball.
