The room was super clean, the beds were very comfortable and everyone was very friendly. The pool had music and was clean. The pizza was excellent! I would definitely book there again. They also have a shuttle and a walkway to SeaWorld.

Getting a ADA room for a wheelchair was a nightmare.
This is the second Double tree we have stayed at in the past 6 days. First hotel was at Universal studios in Orlando, it took getting moved to four rooms to get it rite. The SeaWorld location had us on The second floor with no elevator. Then assigned a room that wasnt ready, so a third room for a place to rest while we waited. The layover room was not large enough to turn a chair around in, so we declined it and hung around at the bar. We did receive two breakfast certificates and four drink vouchers, but it really wasn't worth the aggravation.
