Breakfast was not bad, quite a few options. Room was clean. The only negative was the area around the hotle was quite run down. Didn't look very safe in the carpark and over night anothet guest had all 4 wheels stolen from his car.

I arrived to the hotel at 11:30 p on a Saturday. I didn’t like being greeted at the elevator by a big black greasy shiny cockroach. When I woke often and on at night I thought about the roach. And it’s been six days since the Hotel has yet to respond. I emailed the manager four times, got Expedia involved, and got the best western customer service involved. I called the Hotel directly once about it and they said they were busy and will get back to me. That was three days ago. Even though I paid for the entire hotel upfront, they charged me 80 something dollars for some reason. Still have not gotten a response from the hotel, now six days gone by.
