La habitacion,no funcionaba la Cafetera,Bonilla Fundias o no encendian,en los 2 nunca limpiaron la habitación ni cambiaron las Toallas ni jabon,la picina limpia el Agua pero, el bar un Desastre no sirve Las calles desbaratada y te cobran el parqueo.Las pocas personas con las que hable fueron amables y receptiva pero al final no pueden resolver los problemas que tiene el hotel,Eso solo se resuelve con una reparación Capital,No le recomiendo a nadie Que valla a hospedarse.

Very poor maintenance; the hotel is very run-down and dirty. The room was filthy—dust everywhere. The air conditioning was so noisy it kept me from sleeping, and the pool heater was on in the middle of August—completely crazy. The whole property was very disorganized. The staff were very friendly, though—that was the only good thing.

My wife and I have stayed at Banana Bay annually for the last twenty-five years, and after trying a more upscale property, we decided to return to Banana Bay this July to celebrate our 58th wedding anniversary, and reserved a room with a balcony overlooking the Marina and Gulf. At check-in we had only one available room choice; with a parking lot view and no balcony. To say we were greatly disappointed, is an understatement. That said, the front desk was able to secure our favorite room upon it being available the next day, and we had a memorable vacation enjoying our balcony and view of the Marina and Gulf for a 26th time.

The person at the front desk is not very friendly they say they have towels and chairs for the beach when you go to the front desk to look they don't have and the broken ice machine they say they have it in the front desk when I was closed before the closing time for the rest good place clean very nice the big marina the pool
