The carpet in the hallways was black and smelly from not being cleaned in so long. The maintenance man had to come by and configure the TV to work whenever we turned off the television at night because the TV's were not compatible with the Cox cable boxes (his explanation).
We were in the hotel for three days - the main NEVER came by to check on us. I had to go to the front desk to get clean linens and toilet paper. I had to wash down the floor when we checked in because it was so dirty (the towel turned black from the floor).
I tried to adjust the temperature on the AC and the cover fell off and we had to wait until the following day for the maintenance man to come in and put it back on. While the cover was off, I noticed that the radiator on the AC unit had a thick layer of hair and goop on it, which I used another towel to clean off so the room did not stink so badly. The maintenance man also replaced the filthy filter in the AC when he put the cover back on.
We paid almost $600 to stay here and will NEVER stay there again, not sure if I will ever stay at any Wyndam property again after this experience.
We could have stayed at Motel 6 for half this cost and gotten a cleaner room, hotel and better experience.
