My usually well-behaved poodle peed on the bed! Of course, it touched every part of the bed but the mattress, thank goodness. The front desk manager quickly brought me new sheets and didn't say a negative word. I expected an extra charge on my bill but see nothing. So pleased. The room was clean (before we got to it) and it had USB ports by the bed for charging my iPhone. The A/C was loud but it was good 'white noise' for sleeping. I slept well and left extra $$ for the poor maids who had to clean up our mess. Thanks, Days Inn Birmingham!
