They didn’t charge me for my pet. The desk staff and cleaning staff were very friendly and engaging. The price was a little more than I would have otherwise spent, but I did wait to make the reservation. I also would like more of a continental breakfast than just fruit, yogurt, doughnuts and cereal. But all in all, a very pleasant experience.
