The room was clean and fully stocked with what we needed for our stay. We had the ocean front condo and the view was amazing. The pool heater was broken, and we didn't have water access from the property. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Room looked clean upon arrival but soon realized floors were filthy- you couldn’t walk barefoot without getting your feet all black. They also did not ever clean our room or provide with fresh towels/any other basic house keeping during my stay.

Great location in Islamorada. The local beach is non existent (dock station really), but there are very good dining and swimming options within 10 minutes of driving

A family next-door sounded like they were in our room. Walls were so thin we heard them talking most of the night. Also, the shower was just full of mold. The bathroom floors were sandy pushed up into the corners dirt I told the young man at the front desk and all he did was shrug his shoulders. I wouldn’t even take a shower in there and luckily it was only one day we stayed.
