Your newer mattresses are exceptional and your manager was very welcoming. I plan on coming back when I am in the area.

I do not like paying the “incidentals” fee…especially when I state we are only staying the night, leaving early the next morning. The clerk was rude about the hotel policy. I feel it should be optional and will be looking for hotels in the future that don’t use this policy. It’s just another paper chase to keep track of.

Breakfast was great with many fresh choices. Chef was experienced and friendly.

The breakfast was amazing! The gentleman who was on staff to replenish the food, was wonderful! Very personable and nice. The room was a little dated, the Carpet was a little thread bear. I had booked a suite. Was disappointed with the furniture in the suite. What book in the future.

Front desk staff wasn’t too helpful when asked about adjacent rooms. Breakfast area lady was super nice.

We had a great stay at the hotel overall. The staff was truly the highlight of our visit — 10/10. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and cared for. Our girls absolutely loved them. Every staff member we interacted with was patient, caring, and always greeted us with smiling faces. They went above and beyond to make our family comfortable and were so interactive and kind with our girls, which made the experience even more special for us as parents. Their warmth and genuine hospitality really stood out and made our stay memorable. Breakfast was also 10/10 with plenty of good options. The room itself was comfortable and deserves an 8/10. Cleanliness was decent at 7/10, with a few areas that could use a little more attention. there was plenty of parking available, which made everything convenient and stress-free.
