The first woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude from the moment she answered the phone, “Days Inn- what do you want?” The manager I spoke to later was more helpful and explained the no show policy but still, I wouldn’t stay here again based on this.

Just went for a weekend. Everything was ok. Good parking, good staff.

We booked a double queen room and the beds were not queens. They were double beds was not enough room.

Overall a decent cheap 1 night hotel. A bit outdated and shady people outside. But room was clean and it did the job. Staff is excellent.

This location is directly next door to strip club. Felt unsafe. Outside was clean and picked up but the rooms felt unclean although they appeared picked up.

When we first got to our room it smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. The red comforters had holes in them (looked like cigarette burns but not sure). We went to the office and explained the room condition and were immediately moved to a different room. There was still a slight smell but not like the previous room. The room was much cleaner then the first one we were assigned to.

Dirty and wanted a cash deposit on top of payment.

This was the worse experience I’ve ever had. I booked this hotel thru Expedia and paid, went to check in and they advised me I had to pay a $100 deposit and and $97 would be returned in the room was in good order. Once I booked the room, I didn’t have the hundred dollars for the deposit at which time the hotel refused to reimburse me because I had booked through a third-party which was Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they contacted the hotel and the hotel still refused to refund me even though I slept in my car with my grandchild. So they got $68 for nothing. BEWARE!!!! Also, do the math on $3/room for the number of rooms that they have. There making extra on every paying customer. That’s just plain thievery. I’m pretty sure they won’t publish this one, but maybe they will listen and try to be more customer oriented once the BBB (better business bureau) gets contacted and involved. The customer tried to do right, but this is one time the little guy needs help!!!!
