They are in the middle of renovations... need I say more. A bit chaotic with stuff every where. Staff was great but there was no elevator, no rooms on the first floor and no breakfast.

scary and uncomfortable

Stay included breakfast. Breakfast was the saddest ever seen rating zero to negative 10. Did not expect spectacular spread with moderate priced room but even the coffee was unpalatable as if reheated yesterdays and burnt it.

I thought it was a very fair price for what you get: a clean and comfortable room, plenty of parking, and nice staff. All they had for breakfast in the morning was cereal, white bread, milk, and juice, but I overheard them saying their order didn’t come in. Nice hot shower and coffee in the room, just what I needed for one night.

I’d stay again

My stay at the hotel was okay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, but nothing really stood out. The service was decent, though there were a few minor issues that could be improved. It was a reasonable experience for the price, but not exceptional.

Claimed that they weren't paid by Expedia and that my credit card was declined. Refused to run it again. They cancelled our reservation yet still charged my credit card the full amount.

I've stayed here before and only came back because of affordability, breakfast, and good hot water. This time however when I called to see what price it was to book directly they tried to charge me double while lying that booking was high and there was one room left. I knew this hotel has been under new management and construction and is not booked. Again there were long black hairs in the tub and in the floor but at least the bedding was clean. The remote didn't work and when I called 0 from the room an Indian woman told me there was no room service. I said I only wanted a remote for the TV. She said she'd send someone but she didn't. I was happy for the good hot water despite the humorously shabby condition of the room (holes in furniture, etc) but was terribly disappointed to see they'd discontinued their breakfast items such as eggs or biscuits and gravy. In fact they had absolutely nothing that a diabetic could eat. Zero protein. Only breads and cereal. Before check out time the house keeper knocked once and opened the door when I was stepping out of the shower. No courtesy call to see if I was in the room. There is no drinking water on the grounds, not even for sale, and the tap water smells of sulphur, so bring your own. The pool hasn't been open in years. The pictures online are from an age of the past. The three stars is only for the hot water and clean sheets.
