Amazing
I had such a wonderful stay here! The customer service was impeccable! Everyone was so warm and helpful. I ate Christmas Eve dinner in the restaraunt and it was probably one of the best meals I have ever had! I would highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to San Fran. You will not be disappointed!

For the price you pay, the rooms are very small. The area around the hotel didn’t appear to be very safe.
