I was originally in the older building and my room smelled very musty. I couldn't sleep so called the front desk @ 1:30 in the morning and asked if I could get a different room. Stephanie was very helpful getting me a room in the new building which didn't smell old and musty and James was very helpful in getting me and my luggage to the new room.

This is an older hotel but it is been renovated it was very close to the cable cars and the buses the room was a little bit small but it was still very clean the bed comfortable the pillows comfortable overall I would stay there again

We were in the old block which was a bit of a walk from reception. Our room overlooked the alley where there was late night activity from homeless.
The rooms were big and comfortable.

Please put up more signage directing patrons to the parking garage around the swimming pool area. It is no it intuitive. Otherwise we had a nice stay. Than you.

I give it a low rating because there's lots of hidden charges. Lots of hidden fees and taxes and the parking is $75 per day. All of the fees and parking ended up doubling the price. Our room was comfortable and clean and the staff was nice but we definitely feel bamboozled.
