Anniversary Stay
Everything was terrific. The check in was slow, I’m not sure if it’s the process or skill level of the clerks. A little of both, I think. But the staff were great, particularly the concierge who talked with my wife and learned it was our anniversary. Later after check in we discovered a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in our room. A very nice treat and highlight of our stay. Housekeeping was early which we like and efficient. We will definitely stay again.

The Handlery Hotel location is right off Union Square close to muni lines. The hotel staff was very helpful and answered all our questions patiently. The accommodations were clean. It is an older hotel. We would definitely stay there again!

The staff was wonderful. They were quick to provide helpful information about how to get around, places to go and eat. I stayed in the older side of the hotel. The room was basic and functional especially since I spent most of my time exploring San Francisco.

Whenever we stay here, the staff are always so welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect, in the heart of Union Square, easily accessible to the cable car and BART station. Always a pleasure to stay with Handlery!

Love this hotel , staff were all really friendly n helpful . Rooms were super clean and beds were really comfortable. Shower water pressure was amazing Hot water was so nice after a long day touring San Francisco. Location location location , near to bart station, cable car n took us like 20 mins to walk to Chinatown .
