The management were kind. However, the facility was quite dirty and loud, i believe they were undergoing renovations and signs said they were under new management...the door to the room was filthy on the outside. Upon entering the room it had a bad smell. There were zero hangers in the room. There was no nightstand. Overall condition of the room was unpleasant. I left 5 minutes after checking in and went to a different hotel.

this property is at the end of a culdesac. Homeless people in the parking lot and nearby. Went to check-in, asked to use the bathroom, ort of order; 3 ring binder on counter titled maintenance issues, dirty entry area. Didn't feel safe.

This is nothing like the pictures. Disgusting. Smells and drug use around property. I checked right back out. Did not feel comfortable or safe.

First this was not the staff's issue, it is an owner issue and Expedia issue. I took pictures because so unbelievable. Sent to expedia on night there. He called Mainstay.
We left and got another room, which cost $200 untop of the $65 plus, that was not refunded to us. I will never recommend either establishment. This was an unbelievable experience.

I want my refund. I did not get what i paid for, did not reflect the pictures even with renovations they say is being done. Management not responding to expedia to give refund is unexceptable. Refund now please.

Everything was dirty , ROACHES EVERYWHERE , walls had mold , old trash and laundry just sitting in hallway it’s to much I can explain
