Breakfast at the he bistro was an extremely long wait. I suggest a hot breakfast buffet be made available and charge $10 per person. The cleaning crew needs to make sure the hallways are clean overnight. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Very comfortable and relaxing.

Front desk were really helpful and allowed us to check in hours early which was very helpful. Unfortunately a really bad nights sleep as next door to us were screaming and fighting all night. Police and fire department were called. Started at 3am and didn’t finish until 7am. Guests should have been removed immediately to avoid disruption to other guests. Terrible stay because of this and unlikely to stay again

Ok hotel

The parking lot is great and I love the location. One of the employees was super rude. We checked in around 6 pm and had to leave right away for an event. We noticed the toilet wasn’t working so we called the lobby 3 times with no answer. We had to leave and decided to call again on our way back to ask for assistance. When we called, the man very rudely asked why we didn’t call earlier. We stated we called multiple times before our event with no answer. His response “well there’s two people here working so someone would have answered and it’s too late so call in the morning” so we didn’t have a toilet for a whole day and had to hold it! The beds are also rock hard. The rooms themselves are nice enough though and the AC works well.

Economic price and close to good food in Thai town, but room facilities really old and walls very thin and bed sheets very thin and scratchy.

The internet was terrible. The worst I have experienced in 15 years. Cell service was nil (was an inside room). Servers at the breakfast place were rude. No customer service. PS I travel frequently and never give reviews, but for this place I make an exception.

The hotel had a nostalgic vibe. 😊 Upon arrival, staff was not very friendly. We had room 102. Room was clean. But we heard slamming g of outside door. Not a good spot to sleep. Door was loud and obnoxious- we didn’t sleep

The room needs to be refreshed badly. The floors and furniture were very worn. I couldn't get the hot water in the shower to come on. I stayed here about three years ago and was favorably impressed. Not so this time.
