Whenever I have to travel to Memphis, TN, I choose to stay here. It’s reasonably priced, the staff is nice, and it’s clean.
I always enjoy my stay. I never have any issues.

Breakfast was not provided, contrary to what was advertised.
There was no soundproofing between rooms, making it noisy.
The building featured numerous unsettling pictures, possibly of a religious nature.

I have always stayed at this location because of location and its normal quietness. This stay however was very noisy with barking dogs, screaming women at 4 a,m., someone in the room above me moving furniture every night of my stay, slamming doors all throughout the night each night. I will probably stay elsewhere on my next visit.

It was not all that great. Bed was not very comfortable. Tv was missing a remote. Coffee in the lobby in the morning was not drinkable. Would not stay there again

It is hard to rate this place. The rooms were “dated” but okay. The ironing board was for show. It would not stay up without collapsing.
They were remodeling the lobby, so you had to check in at the “rent by the hour” window.
It was okay for a one night stay, but do not be fooled by the internet pictures.

This site is currently undergoing renovation which is somewhat inconvenient but otherwise is a very good place to stay. I have stayed there while visiting relatives. Thus far is very quiet
