Enjoyed the remodeled rooms and rebranding. Parking was problematic this time and I’m not sure why but that’s not really any fault of the property.

I have been on the road for almost a week and have stopped at about six different motels on the way out and back. This one was the best of all of them. Great staff. And the room itself was quite good.

Loved the location. Walkable to NAU campus. Little fridge and microwave were great. Beds comfortable and staff nice.

THE Overland Hotel Downtown Flagstaff NAU Arizona. We did not stay because there was construction going on and a ladder ready for men were on the roof. This was near a room for a wheelchair occupant. There were no barriers to keep customers away from construction. There was also standing water just waiting for mosquitos and anything else.The other room was down a dark hallway 60 foot long and there was no other egress in case of an emergency. There were no other customers around. This hotel was old and dilapidated and under new management. Another room was offered downtown but this is downtown, by then he had lost all credibility. This is how you take care of property we declined. This is a bait and switch operation. STAY AWAY.

Rooms are very nice and clean.

The outside is being updated so there were equipment trucks parked in some of the spaces but they were constantly working. The rooms were recently updated so everything was nice. The staff was very attentive and responsive. Overall would definitely stay there again.

Our room had been remodeled and was done very well. Nice black out shades. Quiet setting even with remodeling going on. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Property was under renovation but it was kept safe for visitors with clear well-lit walkways. Hotel rooms were brand new and modern, well-functioning. Bed and shower were clean and ideal in every way. An excellent stay. Will repeat!
