Excellent service. Cant beat it. Griffin and Stephanie where excellent. I have stayed in Peoria they had good service. These two above and beyond. Stepahnie could be a customer service trainer. Very knowledgeable. Griffin above and beyond making sure people taken care of.

Everyone on the staff from the front desk to the hallways, from the breakfast room to the bar, were helpful, pleasant and interested in you having a great time there and a great stay!

The room was great very comfortable.tge pub was very nice friendly wprker the front desk was very nice and helpful.
The breakfast left alot to be desired,no butter or milk the first day and eggs and biscuit and sausage gravy was luke warm.
Second morning we check to see if better opted not to eat that morning and went somewhere else.
Went to look at pool we were going to go for a swim but water looked very cloudy,so skiped it.

I Loved this hotel for Myself and Kids. Only suggestion dont have lights in the pool at night outside. Maybe have other lights or bug lights outside to attract bugs away from pool. The outside pool was covered with bugs.

The breakfast room was not attended by an employee. The pancake machine was out of batter. Eggs, potatoes, and sausage gravy were spilled around their pans. There were no knives or forks, just spoons. The coffee pots were empty. The plates, cups, and plastic ware that were abandoned on a table by an inept customer were not removed. The scrambled egg container was not refilled when empty. The conditions were not immediately addressed when reported to management. It is a shame that a poor breakfast experience can ruin the reputation of an otherwise well run facility.

I don’t think I would stay here again. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned or restocked. The first morning at 7:45am, we went to the breakfast and it was not set up due to the person not being there. We went out for breakfast. For what we paid per night we should have had a much better stay. I would not recommend.
